What better way to spend an evening than making cocktails with your faves? This is exactly how a few of my friends and I spent our time whilst we discovered a delicious new spin on the traditional Strawberry Daiquiri. And the key ingredient…? Lambrini!
Lambrini offer a range of four different unique flavours which make the most delicious and diverse cocktails. These include their Original, a Skinny Original, a Strawberry bottle and a Cherry Lambrini.
Before choosing which bottle to get for our cocktail evening, I searched through the cocktail list on Lambrini’s website and the Frozen Fraise jumped out at me, so I opted for the Strawberry Lambrini bottle.
After pouring the Straberry Lambrini into the blender, we added ice, cranberry juice, strawberries and raspberries, blended it all together, added frozen berries on top and voila!

And then….we enjoyed them so much, we had another evening in making the Frozen Fraise cocktails…
As today is NYE theres no better excuse than to get a cocktail making session going with Lambrini….
