Set on a quaint, cobbled street in Lisbon, lies The Vintage Hotel & Spa – a beautifully modern, whilst perfectly traditional Portuguese hotel. Boasting a stunning Botanical rooftop bar, a delightful breakfast experience, various Portuguese touches throughout the hotel and wonderfully friendly staff – I would highly recommend this 5* hotel.
Those who know me, know that I have a plant obsession, so on arrival at The Vintage, the decor instantly jumped out at me, this theme continues in all communal areas of the hotel with an outstanding display of plants decorating the roof top bar.
We enjoyed a cocktail or two on the rooftop, listening to chilled tunes, hosted by a very courteous barman, with optional blankets and even a resident DJ. An aperitif on the rooftop bar is not to be missed!
The breakfast menu was delightful – with a fresh buffet to dive into including sparkling wine (always a winner for me) then I selected poached egg and avocado while Will enjoyed pancakes.

Our room was comfortable, sleek and full of Portuguese touches including local toiletries and complimentary local gin and tonic to make and enjoy.

If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel to enjoy the sites on Lisbon with a friendly atmosphere and great value, the Vintage Hotel & Spa couldn’t be more perfect!
